39 Canal Road is a self-catering house, located on two stands with 50 meters of canal frontage in St Francis Bay, Eastern Cape. Perfect for a group of friends or a family, looking for a quiet but modern breakaway with all the necessary luxuries of home.
This contemporary home comprises 4 bedrooms; and another flat with one bedroom which is separate from the house, each with their own en-suite bathrooms that have either a shower or a bath, or both. The bedrooms consist of queen-size beds in four of the rooms, with two single beds in the fifth. There is also a gym that can be converted into a sixth bedroom if required.
The kitchen is large and open-plan, and has a separate scullery as well as a walk in pantry. Facilities in the kitchen and scullery include a gas hob, an extractor and a electric oven, a fridge with an ice maker, as well as a cold purified water dispenser and many other extras. The lounge has a fireplace with leather seating arrangements, and a dining table that seats up to 10 people comfortably. Free WiFi is available.
39 Canal Road also has flat screen TV’s in the lounge and four bedrooms, as well as a music sound system. A games room with a TV is linked to the gym to make use of as well. The Kromme River, some days a living mirror, is navigable for 8 kilometers and is the favourite of many a fisherman and sailing enthusiast.
